Out and About
In last month’s newsletter, we said Connected Britain promised to be one of the most exciting events of the year for our industry – and it certainly lived up to the hype.
Over two days in London’s impressive ExCeL Centre, the Strategic Imperatives team had countless conversations with our valued customers, partners, and prospects, and met some brilliant businesses doing incredible things for our industry.
Not to mention, our own Director of Strategy, Donal Hanrahan, led a talk alongside Netomnia & Brsk CEO Jeremy Chelot, and Neil Wilson, Chief Product & Marketing Officer at PXC. Our Roundtable explored Wholesale empowerment and the future of wholesale in the UK fibre market.
If you missed the discussion, we’ve got you covered. You can find key takeaways from the insightful debate on the blog section of the Strategic Imperatives website.
Today, Donal will be taking the stage again, this time at INCA’s last event in their Supplier & Innovation Roadshow. This event will focus on Operational Efficiency and Innovation in Action.
With a packed agenda of discussions ranging from ‘Optimising the Customer Journey’ to ‘Innovative Strategies for Customer Connections’, Donal will discuss the dynamics of ‘Faster Revenues and Lower Development Costs’.
Donal will be speaking at 3:50pm, so make sure you’re back quickly from the networking break! We look forward to seeing you there.
We all know the frustration when our broadband isn’t performing how it should, or stops working altogether.
Consumers have to take time out of their day to inform a provider of the issue, in which case the provider will go through the motions of ‘Have you rebooted your router?’ and ‘Are all connections plugged in?’ If the answer is yes, an engineer will be dispatched to their location.
However, offering the customer no instant fix to their problem, or no guarantees of when the issue will be solved, particularly in a digital world built on fast and reliable broadband services, is understandably frustrating. For the ISP, sending engineers costs time and money and isn’t effective from an operational standpoint either.
What if we could quickly identify, diagnose, and solve an issue, increasing all-important customer satisfaction in the process?
Strategic Imperatives unveils the launch of its new Trouble-to-Resolve (T2R) product enhancement. T2R is a sophisticated feature that combines predictive analytics and automation to enable real-time assessment and better customer communication around issue and service disruptions. The innovative update aims to significantly reduce the time it takes to identify and rectify disruptions, paving the way for smoother operations and better customer experiences.
Already used by existing Fibre Café customers, T2R offers:
- Improved customer service and satisfaction by facilitating faster, automated identification of the service issue
- Real-time assessment analysis into the problem and potential causes
- Smart insights post-diagnosis to inform how the issue can be resolved most efficiently
Resolving customer issues at lightning speed is imperative to stand out from the competition and retain valued customers, with T2R, it’s easier than ever before.
Did you miss our launch of Elevate for ISPs?
Whether you’re a wholesale or retail ISP, or both, it’s time to embrace a proactive approach to billing and subscriptions. With our recent new product offering, Elevate for ISPs, our customers can easily manage diverse services, launch innovative products and promotions, and adapt quickly to market changes.
With the latest in payment and direct debit technology, made possible with trusted partners such as GoCardless, Elevate for ISPs offers:
- Elevate insight: our new analytics platform provides streamlined customer and revenue insights to analyse profitability by product, geography and sales promotion
- Manage complex pricing structures: roll out service tiers, bundles, and promotional discounts without risk of billing errors
- Simplify contract management: gain a clear view of ‘in contract’ and ‘out of contract’ customers, allowing for targeted retention activity
Off the clock…
Without our fantastic, talented employees (the best in the biz, if you ask us) Strategic Imperatives would never have reached the heights it has. While we often reflect on this and celebrate our successes as a team, we love getting the opportunity to share good news that happens off the clock.
With this in mind, we’d like to give a special shout out to Senior Billing Analyst-turned star reliever Tomasz Fratczak, and the rest of the Bracknell Pheonix Baseball team, who took home the BBF A title by winning a hotly contested match against Milton Keynes Bucks.
It’s safe to say baseball earned itself some new fans in the Strategic Imperatives office. Congrats, Tomasz!
