Support Desk Analyst

We have a superb opportunity for an outstanding Billing Support Analyst to join our highly acclaimed Telecom Billing Service delivery team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team supporting our customers and providing feedback on our product road map.

You will provide 1st line support to our customers, conducting a triage of incident and problem tickets to be escalated to the appropriate teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Prioritise and escalate issues promptly, and identify repeat issues
• Contribute to our ongoing process and service improvement initiatives
• Pro-actively identify problems and trends and propose solutions and recommendations to optimise systems performance and stability.
• Take ownership and responsibility of ad-hoc tasks or project work as required

Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft (or similar) application suite
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• A good technical aptitude/ability
• Experience of the Telecoms industry and particularly in a billing role
• Basic knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.

Data Analyst/billing executive

We have a superb opportunity for an outstanding Data Analyst/billing migration & support executive with strong SQL skills to join our highly acclaimed Telecom Billing service delivery team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on high impact projects with responsibilities including support, data conversion, migrations, analysing complex datasets using SQL and understanding, clarifying and interpreting complex billing rules.

Core responsibilities:
• Data conversion/migration from client’s legacy systems onto our platform
• Create, adapt & maintain SQL based reports
• 2nd line billing support for customers and other parts of the business
• Undertaking QA & feature validation function when required

Key skills for this role:
• Strong SQL knowledge, ability to read and write complex SQL queries
• Data conversion/migration experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of scripting is useful (e.g. Perl, Python, Ruby, Bash)
• Knowledge of the telecom industry ideally telecom billing.
