Elevate, Strategic Imperatives’ award-winning billing solution, is redefining and challenging many of the outdated processes and legacy implementations that have plagued the telecoms sector. It addresses pain points that service providers have long accepted as unavoidable such as resolving ‘the first bill shock’, providing best in class user experience and streamlining the bill run process so that it can be completed in a matter of minutes rather than hours or even days.

The news follows a year of success for Strategic Imperatives at a variety of telecom industry awards. Elevate was recognised as the most innovative solution introduced in 2018/2019 by the UK Telecom Channel and was also highly commended in the international arena at European Software Excellence symposium. Strategic Imperatives recently announced that Elevate will be showcased alongside the best in Britain as part of the UK Innovation Pavilion at MWC20 in Barcelona in February.

The Surrey Business Awards were created to recognise hard-working local companies and celebrate their achievements. Winners were announced at an exclusive awards ceremony held at Epsom Downs Racecourse on 21st November.
