Support Desk Analyst
We have a superb opportunity for an outstanding Billing Support Analyst to join our highly acclaimed Telecom Billing Service delivery team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team supporting our customers and providing feedback on our product road map.
You will provide 1st line support to our customers, conducting a triage of incident and problem tickets to be escalated to the appropriate teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Prioritise and escalate issues promptly, and identify repeat issues
- Contribute to our ongoing process and service improvement initiatives
- Pro-actively identify problems and trends and propose solutions and recommendations to optimise systems performance and stability.
- Take ownership and responsibility of ad-hoc tasks or project work as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (or similar) application suite
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- A good technical aptitude/ability
- Experience of the Telecoms industry and particularly in a billing role
- Basic knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
